Suphakorn’s experience spans multiple sectors, including e-commerce, technology, automotive, tourism, transportation and the import of hazardous substances. He also provides legal advice on foreign investment laws and taxation. Pitchaya Roongroajsataporn is an associate at Chandler Mori Hamada and a member of the corporate and mergers and acquisitions practice group. She has a particular focus on the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) sector, including data protection. Pitchaya’s experience includes advising on a broad range of data protection issues including in relation to the PDPA in Thailand, applying for digital asset business licences and providing regulatory advice related to the technology sector.
