The service provider’s responsibility may be fur - ther influenced by their compliance with appli - cable laws and regulations. If the losses suffered by the customer are due to the service provider’s non-compliance with legal or regulatory provi - sions, the provider may be required to share in the losses or even to fully compensate the cus - tomer for the damages incurred.
