Donatas Šliora is managing partner at ADON legal and specialises in banking and finance and fintech. He works with local and international clients, and advises on regulatory matters. Donatas is a certified anti-money laundering expert and is recognised as one of the leading fintech lawyers in Lithuania by Chambers and Partners. He is a member of the European Banking Authority (EBA) expert group on crypto-assets service providers (CASPs) and on anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (TEG-CASPs/AML).

Marius Matiukas is a partner at ADON legal, and is a finance law expert with extensive experience in handling complex

transactions. He has handled multi-million euro financings for companies such as Akropolis and Maxima LT, and has advised on significant credit agreements and asset sales. His expertise extends to regulatory compliance, having advised major institutions (such as the EIB) and managed key aspects of the Snoras bank bankruptcy. In regulatory work, Marius has guided clients on public disclosures, Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) compliance and licensing for financial activities, including insurance and cryptocurrency. He also lectures on financial market regulations and property law at Vilnius University, highlighting his expertise in the field.
