Miguel Arias is an international associate in the the corporate law department at Morgan & Morgan. He regularly represents
clients in matters related to syndicated loans, acquisition finance, public project financing, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency, startups, fintech, technology, and e-commerce. As a member of the firm’s startup service line, he has advised clients at different stages and rounds of investment. Prior to joining the firm, Miguel worked as an international law clerk in the Latin American corporate law and international arbitration departments of the major US law firm Holland & Knight LLP (Miami, Florida).
