Karol Juraszczyk is an attorney and managing associate at Deloitte Legal. He specialises in financial market regulations, focusing on payment services, banking law, AML and data

cybersecurity and technology law. With over a decade of experience, he advises top banks, acquirers, infrastructure providers and technology companies. He supports clients on AI Act, DORA, PSD2, AML, the GDPR and open banking, as well as on tech M&A and regulatory compliance. He has advised the Polish Ministry of Digital Affairs on local transposition of the AI Act.
