Lukas Morscher is a partner at Lenz & Staehelin, the head of the technology and outsourcing practice, co-head of the fintech practice in the firm’s Zurich office and an expert on digitisation in the financial services industry. He practises in transactional and regulatory matters, corporate, outsourcing (IT and business process transactions), TMT, internet and e-commerce, data privacy, fintech, blockchain and digitisation. A member of SwissICT, Swico, the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce and the International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw), Lukas is a frequent speaker on topics related to fintech and digitisation.

Lukas Staub has a practice focusing on technology, regulatory, financial markets and corporate law, as well as fintech, outsourcing and data protection matters. He is a senior associate

in Lenz & Staehelin’s Zurich office and is a member of the firm’s technology and outsourcing, banking and finance, and corporate and M&A practice groups. He frequently advises on all matters around digitisation and has a deep interest in the application of technology, both within and outside financial markets. He is a lecturer in financial market law compliance at FFHS.
