Authors

Robin Chang is a partner at Lee & Li. His practice focuses on fintech services and regulatory issues, banking, IPO, capital markets, M&A, project financing, financial consumer protection law, personal data protection law, securitisation and antitrust law. Mr Chang advises major international commercial banks and investment banks on their operations in Taiwan. He successfully assisted the listing of some foreign companies in Taiwan. He is also involved in many M&A transactions of financial institutions in the Taiwan market.

Sarah Wu is a partner at Lee & Li and is recognised internationally as an experienced banking and finance attorney. She specialises in project finance and acquisition finance

deals involving international clients, and has advised on numerous infrastructure project finance cases, including independent power plants and Taiwan High Speed Rail, with a special focus on renewable energy projects. She advises PE funds and foreign/domestic banks on acquisition finance in cross-border M&A deals, and foreign/domestic financial institutions and Taiwanese entities on corporate and structure finance. In the field of capital markets, Sarah advises foreign entities on various IPO/TDR/SPO offerings in Taiwan, and assists SMEs, start-ups and financial institutions with M&A transactions.
