Eric’s recent successes include dismissal of a USD150 million investor dispute involving a cryptocurrency exchange, favourably settling an SEC enforcement action against a cryptocurrency lender, precluding litigation for a global bank, and securing a USD15 million arbitration award from an acquisition of Ferrari dealerships. Eric counsels companies, including a Layer 1 blockchain, a privacy protocol and a stablecoin issuer, on averting government investigations.
