He is also a former member of the Supreme Judicial Council of Armenia and was elected in 2018 by the National Assembly to contribute his legal and academic expertise to the oversight of judicial reforms, particularly in e-justice and international co-operation. His tenure reflects his broader commitment to the rule of law and institutional development. He holds a PhD in Jurisprudence and is recognised for his ability to bridge academic insight with practical strategy, making him a trusted advisor in matters of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and institutional risk management.
