His practice focuses on disputes related to construction projects, with a particular emphasis on the renewable energy industry due to his significant experience advising clients throughout the entire life-cycle of their projects, both in Chile and across Latin America. In the renewable energy industry, his experience includes permanent support to owners and main contractors in wind power station and solar plants, handling EPC and BoP contracts, among others. Arturo has been involved in numerous transactions advising local and foreign clients throughout the entire acquisition, development and financing process of real estate projects.

With 20 years of practice in the field, he has experience in all forms of construction contracts in a wide range of sectors in Chile and in Latin America, including design-build, build-operate-transfer, engineering, procurement, construction/ turnkey and engineering, procurement, construction management contracting.
