Sisay Habte is a partner at TBeST Law LLP, who co-heads, among others, the corporate practice of the firm. She has

extensive experience in advising clients on a number of complex corporate transactions including incorporation, mergers and acquisitions, and liquidation. Sisay received her Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Gondar and holds LLMs in International Business Law and Law, Economics and Finance from the Central European University and International University College of Turin respectively.

Helina Bezabih is a Junior Associate at TBeST Law LLP, with growing experience in corporate and commercial law. She has supported complex legal due diligence exercises,

Tibebe Zewdu is a partner at TBeST Law LLP, with extensive experience in corporate and commercial matters. He also practices competition regulation, mergers and acquisitions,

advised on regulatory compliance, and assisted both local and international clients across a range of sectors. Helina holds an LLB from Bahir Dar University and is currently pursuing her LLM at Addis Ababa University.
