He has particular expertise in matters related to listed companies, having authored numerous publications as well as a practical handbook about the role of independent counsel for boards of directors. Prior to joining Aurès, Jean-Christophe practised with leading US firm Davis Polk and French firms Gide and BDGS. He is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and of the Panthéon Sorbonne University. He has also been appointed co-chair of the French Securities Lawyers Association (ADB).
