Authors

Tachat Voskanyan of HAP focuses his practice on bankruptcy law, legal reform in the civil law domain and the analysis of complex disputes and corporate structures. His

Artashes Petrosyan is an associate at HAP and has expertise in corporate and administrative law (including tax and customs) and labour law. He holds a law degree from

work often involves nuanced legal interpretation and governance considerations, particularly in the context of insolvency and institutional development. He has a strong academic and professional interest in e-justice and legaltech, which informs his approach to modernising legal processes and enhancing efficiency in corporate and judicial systems. Before joining HAP, he served at the Central Apparatus of the Supreme Judicial Council of Armenia, first as a legal expert and later as an assistant to a Council member. This experience deepened his insight into the operation and reform of Armenia’s judiciary.

Yerevan State University and previously completed a professional internship at the Administrative Chamber of the Cassation Court. His work includes legal drafting, opinion writing and providing support in dispute resolution matters.
