A Charlie R Malessy is a senior associate at SSEK Law Firm and a member of its corporate governance practice. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, general corporate
advising multinationals and domestic companies on Indonesia’s complex regulatory environment. Her practice focuses on capital markets, banking and finance, including project finance, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, insurance law, and oil and gas law. Ira is a member of the Indonesian Legal Consultants Association, the International Bar Association and the Indonesian Association of Capital Markets Legal Consultants, and is licensed as a capital markets legal consultant. She is also on the panel of arbitrators at the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration.
