Hideo Tsukamoto is a partner at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune. He was admitted to the Japanese Bar in 2004 and practises principally in the fields of M&A, corporate governance, shareholders’ meetings, shareholder activism, and general corporate matters. Hideo’s experience includes participation in the legislative revision of the Companies Act of Japan while on secondment with the Civil Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Justice from 2010 to 2013. His recent publications include “Legal and Practical Points Regarding Electronic Provision of Shareholders’ Meeting Materials (revised edition)” (2025, co-authored) and “Handbook for Shareholders’ Meeting” (2023, co-authored).
