Sandra Rietveld is a senior staff associate at Stibbe specialising in corporate governance and
ESG. She assists listed and non- listed and financial institutions with their dealings around ESG-related challenges and advises clients on the latest developments in the fields of corporate governance, compliance and ESG. She has a Master’s in Civil Law from the University of Amsterdam and gained her post-degree specialist education in corporate and business law, cum laude, from Grotius Academy. Sandra regularly publishes and lectures in the areas of corporate governance and ESG.
