Ashton advises New Zealand and international clients on complex transactions (including joint ventures, M&A and commercial contracts), corporate governance and regulatory matters. Ashton’s recent experience includes advising on a range of inbound foreign investment transactions, domestic M&A, corporate governance structures and processes, capital markets transactions, and regulatory matters in the insurance and energy sectors.
Erin Hickey is a senior member of Webb Henderson’s corporate advisory team. She has experience in advising domestic and international clients on a range of corporate and
commercial matters, including corporate governance, M&A and other transactional work. Erin is qualified as a lawyer in South Africa.
