Pierre Yanogo is in charge of SCP Yanogo Bobson’s labour and litigation departments. He has over 20 years’ experience as a lawyer and has acquired solid experience in carrying out
on commercial contracts in accordance with the OHADA regulation. She has acted as counsel for various multinational companies in relation to numerous global disposal and acquisitions. She also regularly advises clients on the legal framework for investing in Francophone Africa. Bobson Coulibaly holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from McGill University (Canada), a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Montreal (Canada) and a joint LLM from the Universities of Rotterdam (Netherlands), Bologna (Italy) and Vienna (Austria). She is qualified both in Burkina Faso and Quebec.
