Adelaide Benneh Prempeh is the founder and managing partner of B&P Associates. Adelaide is ranked in the Corporate/Commercial Chambers & Partners Global Guide. She is a certified insolvency practitioner and an insolvency consultant to the International Finance Corporation (IFC) of the World Bank Group on the Ghana Investment Advisory Project. Adelaide was called to the English Bar in 2001 and, in 2012, she was called to the Ghana Bar as a barrister and a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. She is a Lecturer at the Ghana School of Law, and a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
Michelle Nana Yaa Essuman is a senior legal associate at B&P Associates, with invaluable expertise in investment law, tax, finance and insolvency. She has assisted local and international
clients in many intricate transactions and has rendered relevant regulatory advice in line with such transactions. Michelle is a professional- level candidate at the Ghana Investment and Securities Institute (Ghana). She is also a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
