Mandeep advises participants on a variety of asset-based deals, including the acquisition, origination and/or funding of loan portfolio transactions, including standalone businesses, as well as discrete loan pools. This includes transactions in the UK, Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Italy, the UAE, and also the Netherlands. Mandeep advises on public ABS, as well as various forms of corporate receivables financings and working capital solutions.
