international banks, other lending entities, private equity houses and corporates, which he advises on their Finland-related matters. Timo’s key areas of expertise include financing transactions, asset-based lending and bond issuances. He joined the firm in 2007 and the partnership in 2013. He is a member of the Finnish Bar Association.
