Daniel Peña graduated from Universidad Externado de Colombia, and has a Master’s in Law from University College London (UCL) and a DESS from CUERPI, Université Grenoble

from Universidad Externado de Colombia. She has been recognised by Chambers & Partners and other international directories as a leader in corporate and M&A in Colombia. She has been a lecturer and researcher at Universidad Externado de Colombia and is chairwoman of the board of directors of the Colombian- Ecuadorian Chamber of Commerce, and a board member of the Oil, Gas & Energy Bar Association. Gabriela has been recognised by Chambers as one of the most outstanding lawyers in Colombia working in M&A.
