Annette Herrera is a senior corporate and transactional attorney with over nine years of experience in banking and finance. Her expertise includes corporate governance,
capital and blockchain. He advises clients on digital investments, e-commerce, regulatory compliance and conflict resolution, with a focus on family businesses. Héctor has contributed to the development of secure digital wallets and innovative financial transactions. He holds a specialisation in legaltech from ESADE Business School and has completed programmes at prestigious institutions, including Georgetown University, Saïd Business School at Oxford University and INCAE Business School.
