Leonor Melo Bento is an associate in the corporate and M&A practice at PLMJ, where she advises on domestic and international matters. She advises corporate clients on
and private equity funds on investment and divestment activities, including venture capital investment from pre-seed to late stage. Additionally, Alexander provides legal assistance in corporate, contractual and regulatory matters, particularly in the industrial and technological sectors. He has experience in corporate finance, corporate governance processes, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. In the area of venture capital, he has been involved in the establishment, registrations and operation of venture capital funds and their management bodies. He has an LLM from Humboldt Universität – Juristische Fakultät in Berlin.

Leonor has also assisted clients in setting up and developing joint ventures, conducting financial operations, and structuring and disposing of real estate investments. As well as earning her law degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon, she also completed a postgraduate course in Corporate Law at the same faculty.
