Lukáš Michálik is a partner at Ments and a reputed Slovak lawyer with more than 18 years’ experience and a strong background in the areas of life sciences, M&A, and compliance.
Peter Makýš is a Slovak attorney at law and a partner at Ments with more than 12 years’ experience at first-class
international and Slovak law firms. He has practised law in Bratislava in and Prague. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate, M&A, and closely held companies. Peter has been a long-time lecturer and pro bono lawyer. He is a graduate of the Pan-European University in Bratislava.
Lukáš is a member of the Committee for the Recodification of Private Law in Slovakia and an active participant of the Slovak Venture Capital & Private Equity Association. He is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, and Charles University in Prague.
Šimon Hora is an associate at Ments and has been practicing law for more than seven years. Šimon has specialised in M&A, compliance, and competition law. He is a graduate of Charles University in Prague.
