Inna Kostrytska is counsel and attorney at law with 23 years of experience. She specialises in domestic and international corporate law, M&A, and matters related to securities. Her
considerable experience also encompasses labour, IT, energy, and military law. She also has specific expertise in cross-border M&A deals, corporate restructuring, issuance of securities, and disclosure of information on the stock market. Inna serves as co-chair of the Human Capital Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine. Since 2019 she has led INTEGRITES’ HR Club – a knowledge sharing and discussion platform for Ukrainian HR experts.
