Jianwei Yang is a partner based in JunHe LLP’s Shanghai office. He focuses on advising global and PRC commercial and investment banks and private equity sponsors on cross-border acquisition finance transactions, structured financings, direct lending and project financings across the region. Jianwei also has a broad transactional practice advising private equity funds, corporations and investment banks in public and private M&A, joint ventures, private equity and leveraged buyouts in the PRC. He is a member of the PRC Bar Association.
Jingbo Zhou is a partner based in JunHe LLP’s Shanghai office, specialising in significant and complex cross-border
transactions. He has broad experience in banking and finance, financial regulatory and compliance issues. He regularly acts for leading international and Chinese PE sponsors and financial institutions on a variety of debt financings, including acquisition finance, pre-IPO financing, privatisation finance, real estate and project finance and other cross- border financing transactions. He also has extensive experience across the real estate, logistics and IDC industries. He is a member of the PRC Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
