Sahil Unadkat is a principal associate in the finance practice at JSA. He focuses primarily on debt transactions (secured, limited recourse and syndicated), project finance,
investors and Indian borrowers. Her practice focuses on all types of debt transactions, including acquisition finance, cross-border finance, real estate finance, listed and unlisted privately placed bond issuances, and debt restructuring. She also advises on security enforcement and foreign investment laws of India. She is a dual-qualified attorney, and is admitted to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa as well as the New York State Bar. She has practised law since 2014.
