Roger Ammann is a partner in Walder Wyss’ banking and finance team. He advises banks, other financial institutions and corporate clients on all aspects of finance transactions, capital
capital markets transactions. He regularly advises banks, sponsors and corporate clients on leveraged and acquisition financings (private and public takeovers), real estate financings, export financings, asset-backed financings (securitisations and covered bonds) and bond issuances. David also advises on real estate and M&A transactions. Before joining Walder Wyss, he worked for another major law firm in Zurich. Johannes A Bürgi advises clients on matters involving real estate, structured finance/ securitisation, restructuring and debt capital markets. He is consistently ranked in Chambers Europe, and is increasingly involved in complex restructuring, insolvency and workout situations. Johannes served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Executive Board of Walder Wyss Ltd from 2013 to 2021.

Roger obtained his degrees from the University of St Gallen (HSG) in law and economics in 2008 and in accounting and finance in 2009. He was admitted to the Zurich Bar in 2011 and is a member of both the Zurich and Swiss Bar Associations.
David Borer is a partner in the banking and finance team at Walder Wyss, and is a corporate finance specialist with a focus on complex national and international financing and
