Andrea Chen is an associate partner in the banking and capital market department at Lee & Li, and is licensed to practise in Taiwan and New York. Her practice focuses on
deals involving international clients, and has advised on numerous infrastructure project finance cases, including independent power plants and Taiwan High Speed Rail, with a special focus on renewable energy projects. She advises PE funds and foreign/domestic banks on acquisition finance in cross-border M&A deals, and foreign/domestic financial institutions and Taiwanese entities on corporate and structure finance. Sarah also advises foreign entities on various IPO/TDR/ SPO offerings in Taiwan, and assists SMEs, start-ups and financial institutions in M&A transactions.
