Dimitra Panopoulou is a member of Athens’ Bar Association and Greek Association of Medical Law and
served as head counsel for a leading Greek pharmaceutical company, managing high-value licensing and distribution agreements. In 2011, he established ALG MANOUSAKIS LAW FIRM, specialising in healthcare, corporate, and administrative law. His firm quickly became a trusted partner for European pharmaceutical, biotech, and food companies. Ioannis specialises in regulatory compliance, antitrust law, and commercial negotiations. He has deep expertise in market access, transparency, advertising, pricing, and reimbursement of medicinal products. He is the author of Pharmaceutical Law and has published extensively on healthcare compliance and competition law.
Bioethics with a diverse background and focus on pharmaceutical, civil, and criminal law. She provides legal support and compliance services to multinational pharmaceutical companies in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating variety of contracts. Her educational background includes MA in pharmaceutical law (diploma thesis on “Orphan Drugs” ) and a BA in law. Dimitra is currently pursuing online courses at Harvard Law School on patent law and public health law. Dimitra embarked on her legal career as a trainee lawyer at the Permanent Representation of Greece to the Council of Europe before her work in traffic accident law, civil law and criminal law.
