Markus Wang co-heads Bär & Karrer AG’s life science practice and focuses on IP, pharma-licens- ing and R&D, as well as drug and medical devices marketing/distri- bution. Markus’ practice covers
patent or licensing-related litigation and arbitra- tion in the pharmaceuticals, biotech, and medical device sectors, drafting, negotiating and advising clients in respect of complex licence, R&D, drug distribution and similar industry-specific agree- ments. Furthermore, he regularly deals with regu- latory questions concerning advertising and dis- tributing drugs, and represents clients vis-à-vis Swissmedic in related proceedings. Markus also serves on the boards of start-ups in the life sci- ences industry.
