Tobias Meili is a partner in Wenger Plattner’s governance and compliance, life sciences and health law, and corporate M&A practice groups. He advises clients, especially those
André Berne is a senior associate at Wenger Plattner and primarily handles commercial and regulatory
issues. His main areas of focus include life sciences law, health law, competition law, data protection law, and general contract law. André also advises companies and organisations on Swiss commercial and corporate law, administrative law, and EU law, representing them before courts and authorities in German and French. In addition to his advisory and litigation activities, André prepares expert opinions in his areas of specialisation and regularly publishes and lectures in these fields.
