Jonathan Sheehan is the managing partner of Walkers’ Ireland office, where he heads the firm’s tax group and advises on all manner of financial, corporate and real estate

investment fund-related matters, and has experience across a wide range of asset classes and investment strategies, with particular expertise in advising managers of fixed income and debt-focused investment strategies, as well as less liquid alternative strategies. In 2022, he was elected for a three-year term to the Council of Irish Funds, and he is currently IF Chair. Nicholas has spoken at investment fund conferences and is a member of the Advisory Council of the Certified Investment Fund Director Institute.
