He oversees the incorporating and listing of J-REITs, the issuance, offering and sale of investment units of J-REITs, the establishment and registration of investment companies, and the compliance of securities firms and other financial institutions. He also has substantial experience in capital markets, securities and financial regulations, and in-depth knowledge of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and the Investment Trusts Act.
