He also advises on various capital market transactions, including eurobond issues, global offerings of debt and equity securities, and the secondary sale of eurobonds to Japanese retail investors. Ken is a member of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association.

Yasuzo Takeno is a partner at MHM and has extensive experience in advising domestic and foreign investment managers and investment funds businesses, including on
structuring public offerings and private placements of offshore investment funds in Japan. He has advised issuers of foreign investment trusts established in Luxembourg, Ireland, the Cayman Islands and other jurisdictions on legal and execution issues where they offer their units in Japan, either publicly or privately. Yasuzo advises on the day-to-day management of investment fund businesses; his practice also spans corporate finance activities and financial regulation. He is a member of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the Inter-Pacific Bar Association.
