Gaston Aguirre Draghi is an associate in BSP’s investment management practice. He advises clients on the structuring, establishment and marketing of Luxembourg
and asset managers in relation to the structuring and establishment of funds including private equity, venture capital, loan origination, loan participation and real estate. She provides advice on compliance with the investment funds regulatory regime, particularly the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD). Evelyn also offers ongoing assistance with closings, investments, divestments, liquidation and general issues arising throughout the life of a fund. She has also assisted in relation to the listing of securities on both the regulated and Euro MTF markets operated by the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

He graduated in law from the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina and revalidated his law degree in Spain at the University of La Rioja. He holds an LLM in International Business Law from IE University and a Master’s in Spanish Business Law from the Higher Institute of Law and Economics (ISDE) in Spain.
Djelloul Mansour is an associate in BSP’s investment management practice. He advises clients on the structuring, establishment and marketing of Luxembourg
alternative investment funds. Djelloul holds a Master II in European and International Tax Law and a Master I in Tax Law, both from Aix-Marseille University. He joined BSP in 2022.
