Cliff Cone is a partner in the New York office of Clifford Chance and the co-head of the US funds and investment management practice. He focuses primarily on the

In addition to his fund finance practice, Steven has advised clients on a wide variety of financing transactions, including receivables purchase facilities, leveraged finance, operating company facilities, private credit, factoring, marketplace lending facilities, consumer and student loan financings, and margin loans.
