Talya Solomon has been leading Herzog’s antitrust and competition department since 2015 and practising antitrust law since 1999. As a former team leader of the Israeli Competition
Authority’s legal department (the ICA), Talya has extensive experience representing clients before the ICA. She also handles large and complex economic cases regarding all competition issues. Talya has unique expertise in handling complex antitrust class action suits and civil antitrust litigation suits. She has successfully represented many multinational and Israeli clients in high-profile antitrust class actions, including class actions filed in Israel against cartels (air cargo cartel, the GIS cartel, the bakeries cartel, and more).
Ekaterina Yaremchuk has been a member of Herzog’s antitrust and competition department since 2023. Ekaterina provides legal counsel to domestic and foreign companies in diverse
competition and antitrust matters such as proceedings before the ICA, antitrust class actions and merger control issues. Prior to joining Herzog, Ekaterina practised commercial litigation for two years.
Iris Achmon has more than 20 years of experience practising antitrust and competition law, including extensive experience in representing entities before the ICA and the Antitrust
