cases, merger control proceedings, distribution and licensing cases, and abuse of dominance matters. Andrzej represents clients before the European Commission, the EU courts and in national competition law proceedings. He has acted as defence counsel in EU cartel investigations into newsprint, amino acids (on appeal), carbonless paper (also on appeal), publication papers, fine papers, semiconductor packaging, occupant safety systems (and other car parts), wood pulp and end-of-life vehicles.
