in EU competition law. Her practice includes advising clients in EU and multi- jurisdictional merger proceedings, and in antitrust and abuse of dominance investigations. Catherine’s experience spans a range of sectors, including financial services, media, basic industries and consumer goods. Catherine is a contributing author of many publications, including the sixth edition of Van Bael & Bellis’ “Competition Law of the European Community” and “The EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation” , the first practitioner manual on that subject.
