Katrina Dickson is an associate at Wakefield Quin Limited. She joined the firm as a pupil in 2014 and qualified as an attorney and barrister in 2015. Katrina graduated from Royal Holloway
Limited. He regularly advises on sophisticated commercial and residential property transactions, and provides property-related advice to banks and other commercial lenders, hotel and condominium developers and investors. Scott joined Wakefield Quin Limited in 2018, having previously been a partner and group head of property at Appleby (based in Bermuda). He is internationally recognised as one of Bermuda’s leading property lawyers and has approximately 30 years of post-qualification experience. Scott graduated from Queen’s University, Canada with a Bachelor of Arts in History and earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Kent, England.
University of London with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Politics and International Relations in 2011 before attending BPP in London to complete her Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course. She works on larger tourism and development projects and has a large residential client following.
Erik Gotfredsen is a director and CEO of Wakefield Quin Limited, and has been internationally recognised by Chambers as one of Bermuda’s leading corporate lawyers. He
joined the firm in 2014, having previously worked in the corporate department of Conyers Dill & Pearman Limited in Bermuda, as well as practising in Tokyo, Japan and Vancouver, Canada. Erik kindly provided oversight services on the corporate, banking and corporate insolvency aspects referenced in this guide.
