20 years’ experience in real estate law handling countless mandates in this sector. Michał advises on all types of real estate projects from the corporate, transactional and tax perspectives. He works primarily with large developers, guiding clients through all stages of the investment process (including due diligence, permits/licences, financing and sale). Michał assists clients in the negotiation and execution of real estate sale agreements, construction works agreements, service agreements (including with architects and other experts), and infrastructure agreements. He also advises on the leasing process, negotiating and executing major lease agreements for retail and office space.
M&A and investment financing. Mateusz focuses his practice on real estate transactions involving the sale and purchase of land plots for office, retail and residential developments. He negotiates financing conditions for significant real estate investment projects (including large shopping centres) while also advising companies from various sectors on complex investment financing processes. His experience includes advising on mergers (including cross-border transactions), acquisitions, and the sale of enterprises or their business units. Mateusz also oversees due diligence audits related to the transactions he handles.
