Donald Hull is a counsel in Pietrantoni Mendez & Alvarez’s corporate group, where his practice covers a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with particular

He advises clients on all aspects of real estate finance, including investment and development transactions, syndicated deals, and all other real estate aspects of debt origination, refinancing and restructuring. Antonio has experience in dealing with all real estate sectors, including hospitality, healthcare, industrial, retail and commercial. He has also advised clients regarding the development of residential and commercial real estate projects in Puerto Rico.
