Paul Luiki is a US native partner at Fellner Wratzfeld & Partners, specialising in the full range of M&A transactions and with a specific focus on cross-border transactions (particularly in the
transactions, banking and finance law, and complex corporate restructurings/insolvencies. He was admitted to the Austrian Bar in 1998 and lectures at various institutions, having obtained a law degree from the University of Vienna and a business degree from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Markus is well known for his outstanding track record of advising banking clients and leading companies on major acquisitions. He advised UniCredit Bank Austria regarding the enforcement of its minority rights in one of the most prominent corporate litigations in Austria, and continues to advise the Steinhoff Group on all corporate matters.
