Marc has advised in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, corporate restructuring and refinancing, representing both Andorran and foreign clients in international transactions with an Andorran leg. He advises throughout the entire process, from both buy-side and sell-side perspectives, using different legal structures. He also advises companies about project and corporate finance issues. Marc is the author of multiple articles in specialised publications about the legal environment in the Principality of Andorra.
