Saifuddin Mahmood is a senior legal adviser at Hassan Radhi & Associates. He obtained his LL.B. (Hons) degree from the University of Wolverhampton and his LL.M. in International
Lincoln’s Inn in 2006. He is also eligible to practise in Bangladesh. Saifuddin is a senior legal consultant with ample experience in banking and finance law, investment management, company law, commercial law, labour law, maritime law and international arbitration. Saifuddin is co-author of the Bahrain chapter of Doing Business, a World Bank project.
