As one of the leaders of UH&C’s venture capital practice, he serves as a Registered Agent for ScaleX Santiago Venture Exchange, a Santiago Stock Exchange initiative. Mr Marín earned his LLM in European Business Law (summa cum laude, 2022) from Aix-Marseille University in France. His cross- border expertise and regulatory insight make him a key adviser in complex transactional matters.

Luis Felipe Hübner is the managing partner of UH&C Abogados, with extensive expertise in civil and commercial law, particularly focusing on corporate M&A, dispute
resolution, antitrust, public procurement and taxes. He graduated summa cum laude from Universidad de Chile, earning the Montenegro Award, and holds an LLM from the London School of Economics. Mr Hübner maintains an active role in academia and serves as director of various companies. He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce.
