Jaime Trujillo is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s M&A and Private Equity practice. For over 25 years, he has advised clients on transactional matters, including M&A and private
Andres Crump joined Baker McKenzie in 2018 as a partner in the M&A and Private Equity practices, having served as Senior VP at Brookfield Asset Management in transactions and
equity deals in the public and private markets. He was Acting Global Chair of Baker McKenzie in 2018 and 2019; he was member of the Global Executive Committee from 2017 to 2021, as well as chair of the Financial Committee and Latin American Regional Council and managing partner in Colombia. From 2013 to 2016, Jaime was head of the Latin America M&A/private equity practice group. He holds a JD from Universidad de los Andes and an LLM from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
M&A. Andres worked for more than ten years at Brookfield overseeing the development of various initiatives related to investment and asset management. He has been member of the Board of Directors of Sociedad Concesionaria Vespucio Norte, Isagen S.A., Grupo Carvajal S.A. and Empresa de Energía de Boyacá S.A. Andres holds an LLM from Columbia University in New York and a Master’s in Finance from the Universidad de Los Andes in Bogotá.
