She regularly advises and represents clients from various industries on M&A, employment, data privacy and related litigation matters, and has contributed to numerous publications on issues relating to her area of expertise. Marija is a member of the Croatian Bar Association and the International Bar Association, the European Employment Lawyers Association and Association Europénne d’Etudes Juridiques et Fiscales.
and received her LLM degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law (2009), as well as a postgraduate diploma in EU Competition Law from King’s College, London (2020). Iva is a member of the Croatian Bar Association and the International Bar Association, and is the American Bar Association liaison to the Croatian Bar Association.
